After communication, we learned that the client had a batch of high-value goods to be shipped to Russia for an exhibition in November, which would later be returned to China after the event. As the client was new to international business and unfamiliar with logistics procedures, our sales representative provided detailed professional advice, formulated a logistics plan, and arranged the ATA Carnet, ultimately ensuring smooth round-trip transportation.

The machinery and equipment required customs approval for export, but the client was unsure how to obtain it, so they entrusted us with the application. The shipment consisted of 35 pieces of equipment, and the approval process required detailed documentation for each machine, including its purpose—a task that was both tedious and complex. The client requested our assistance in compiling the necessary materials.

Since the goods were to be shipped back to China after the exhibition (classified as temporary import/export), the client also authorized us to handle the ATA Carnet process.
